 The apartment offers 1,232 sq/ft of space and is located on the 2nd (UK 1st) floor of a 3 floor building. It has recently been refurbished (2008), including new furniture throughout, new carpets and all rooms re-painted.  It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The apartment is located in building 7 and is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest pool and Clubhouse.
