- An initial deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All rates are inclusive of 13% sales tax.
A departure cleaning fee of $73 (incl. local taxes) will be charged upon check-in at the Resort.
A credit card imprint will be taken at check-in at the Resort of $200 against damages.
